What are the continuing education requirements in New Hampshire?
We are your "everything real estate" educational place - for real estate licensees, loan officers, and all professionals who assist the consumer in the real estate transaction.
- Every two years, you must complete 9 hours of continuing education.
- Three of these hours must be the Core Course required of New Hampshire licensees.
